Rachel Recchia Pokes Fun At Bachelorette Run
Former Bachelorette Rachel Recchia is among the handful of Bachelor Nation stars who have appeared on all three main shows. She started her journey of finding love on Reality TV on Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor. She was named co-Bachelorette with Gabby Windey after Clayton sent them both home.
Rachel Recchia got engaged on The Bachelorette but the relationship ended amid cheating allegations. She went on to try to find love in a more relaxed setting. Rachel joined Season 9 of BIP but ultimately left the show single.
During a recent Instagram Q&A with her fans, Rachel seemed to poke fun at the reality TV dating format. A fan asked how long is too long to date before getting engaged. “I would say anything after 3-4 weeks is too long,” she joked.
The Bachelor franchise shows film for just a few weeks before the season finale, which often features an engagement.
Reveals If She’ll Join BIP
We know that a new season of BIP will air this summer instead of a new Bachelorette season. But ABC hasn’t revealed a premiere date or a complete cast list. Two of Jenn Tran’s suitors – Jonathon Johnson and Hakeem Moulton – were invited to join BIP during Jenn’s season finale.
Jesse Palmer revealed three more cast members and a shocking twist at Grant Ellis’ recent season finale. His third-place runner-up, Zoe McGrady, on Bachelor In Paradise.
In a franchise first, Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette stars will join the younger generation of stars on the beach. So far only Leslie Fhima and Gary Levingston have been confirmed for BIP.
A curious fan asked Rachel Recchia if she would be among the Season 10 cast list. Unfortunately for her fans, her answer sounded like a no. She said she was “done terrorizing that show!”
Teases Season 10 Cast
However, she teased that she’s been hearing the Season 10 cast will be an exciting one. Fans of the franchise took to social media to share their wish list for the next BIP season.
- “Trying to be semi-relistic here: Clayton, Susie, Justin, Greg, maybe Andrew… possibly Dale or Jason T?”
- “If they manage to get both Clayton and Susie I’ll be happy. If they get Peter, Greg, or Victoria (or all three) that sounds like an incredible season.”

Rachel Recchia is rumored to be appearing on Netflix’s Perfect Match with Blake Moynes. However, nothing official has been confirmed about that. Blake has said several times that it’s not true, so we’ll see what happens with that.
